in individual and small business tax planning and preparation
and providing services for the small business accounting and tax
needs since 1975.

Richard
L. Overfield, E.A., the President of Keys Accounting & Tax
Service, Inc., has a BS Degree in accounting from Temple University
located in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He worked for Keys Accounting
Service, Inc. for seven years prior to purchasing the firm in June
1992. He worked for a Miami CPA firm for three and half years after
receiving his degree. He is enrolled to practice before the Internal
Revenue Service, nationally accredited in Accountancy and Taxation,
an accredited tax advisor and is also licensed as a condominium
manager. He is a member of the Florida Society of Accounting &
Tax Professionals, the National Society of Tax Professionals and
the National Association of Enrolled Agents. |

Sandra Leitch, E.A.

Leitch, E.A. has a degree in Accounting from Owens College located
in Toledo, Ohio. She has been with Keys Accounting & Tax Service
since February 1986. She is enrolled to practice before the Internal
Revenue Service, nationally accredited in Accountancy and Taxation,
an accredited tax advisor and also is licensed as a condominium
manager. |

Susan Stein, E.A.

Susan
Stein, EA, has a BA degree from the University of New York at
Albany and a Master's Degree in Accounting from Florida International
University in Miami. She is enrolled to practice before the Internal
Revenue Service, is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida, and
is a member of the FICPA. Previous employment included travel to
overseas accounts in Latin America. Sue has been with Keys Accounting
since October 2000. |

Rick Darden, E.A. has a BA degree in accounting from the University of Central Florida and completed the fifth year course requirements for the CPA exam from the University of North Florida. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Florida and a member of the FICPA. Prior to becoming a CPA in 1998, he was a manager with The Home Depot organization responsible for a $53 million store with over 250 employees. Since 1998 he has been a controller in the Marine industry and worked as a senior accountant and tax preparer in a local CPA firm. He has been with Keys Accounting & Tax Service, Inc. since 2008. |

Gary Mosley, E.A., has a BA degree in accounting from Georgia State University and a Master's Degree from the University of Phoenix. He is enrolled to practice before the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to joining Keys Accounting & Tax service in January 2007, he owned an accounting and tax business in Georgia, was an adjunct instructor at the Griffin Technical College, owned a landscape business in Georgia, and was an accountant and tax preparer at an Atlanta CPA firm. |

Debra
Overfield has a BS degree in Business Administration from Temple
University. She has seven years experience as an administrative
assistant for a local nonprofit organization. She has been with
Keys Accounting & Tax Service since 1992, when she and Richard
purchased the business. |

Jackie
Gargan has a degree from Patricia Stevens College in Tampa,
Florida. She has seventeen years experience working as director
of the accounting department of a large nonprofit organization in
the Keys. Jackie has been with Keys Accounting since December 1999. |

Candace
Wokral has a BS degree in Accounting
from the University of Wisconsin. She has experience as a comptroller
of a country club, treasurer of a municipality and owned an accounting
and tax business in Wisconsin for twenty years before moving to
the Keys. Candy has been with Keys Accounting since November 1999. |

Dayamis
Camuccio was the controller of a Miami construction company
before joining our staff and is currently pursuing a degree in accounting.
She has been with Keys Accounting since May, 2002. Dayamis is fluent
in Spanish. |
